True at All Times – Alma 53:20-21

20 And they were all young men, and they were exceedingly valiant for courage, and also for strength and activity; but behold, this was not all—they were men who were true at all times in whatsoever thing they were entrusted.
21 Yea, they were men of truth and soberness, for they had been taught to keep the commandments of God and to walk uprightly before him.

Mormon describes the sons of Helaman as young men who could be trusted. What a blessing it is for a leader to be able to delegate a task or project and know that it will be completed. On the other hand, how stressful it is for a leader when he or she cannot be certain that an assignment will be taken seriously and completed thoroughly.
I want to be like the sons of Helaman. I want my leaders to know that I will fulfill assignments with integrity. Today, I will review the responsibilities I have been given  at work, at church, and at home  and consider what I can do to be more diligent and conscientious in fulfilling those responsibilities.
