1 Nephi 9:6 He Hath All Power Unto the Fulfilling of All His Words

6 But the Lord knoweth all things from the beginning; wherefore, he prepareth a way to accomplish all his works among the children of men; for behold, he hath all power unto the fulfilling of all his words. And thus it is. Amen.
Do I really believe that God has “all power  unto the fulfilling of all his words?”  If so, how does that belief translate into action in my life?
Nephi reminded his brothers that the Lord had led the children of Israel through the Red Sea on dry ground, and he applied that to their immediate challenge of retrieving the brass plates from Laban (1 Nephi 4:1-3).  On another occasion, he reminded them that the Lord had led the children of Israel to the promised land, and he applied that to their immediate challenge of building a ship (1 Nephi 17:51).
As I look at the challenges I face today, particularly where I know I am fulfilling the will of the Lord, can I summon the same faith to act boldly, based on my belief in God’s omnipotence and my recognition that He has blessed me and others in the past?
