3 Nephi 9:13 Will Ye Not Now Return Unto Me?

13 O all ye that are spared because ye were more righteous than they, will ye not now return unto me, and repent of your sins, and be converted, that I may heal you?
(3 Nephi 9:13)
Notice what the Savior does not say in these verses: He does not say, “All ye that are righteous, just keep doing what you’ve been doing, because you’re on the right track.”  We all need His healing power, not just those who we would tend to classify as “the wicked.”  Later in the chapter (in verse 22), He says of those who repent, “For such I have laid down my life.”  His Atonement is for everyone, but specifically for those who are willing to accept the gift.  There would have been no point in His suffering if none of us were healed by it.  And so He pleads with us to receive the gift–to come unto Him, to repent, and to be converted, so that His Atonement can make us whole.
